1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenHours.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore. This platform is a property of Eve Count Pte Ltd Singapore.

2. Service Description

OpenHours.ai provides intelligent scheduling tools, AI-powered lead qualification, and payment processing integration. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

3. User Conduct

Users are responsible for the content they provide to train their AI Concierge and must ensure they have the right to share such information. Misuse of the platform for spam, fraudulent activities, or harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services booked through OpenHours.ai are processed directly via Stripe. Eve Count Pte Ltd does not handle your customer funds directly; they are settled to your linked Stripe account. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to the individual service provider's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eve Count Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, any technical failures, or any scheduled meetings facilitated by the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
